Of Course I Love You! by Durjoy Datta - book cover, description, publication history. 'Of course I love you till I find someone better' is a youth centric novel written By Durjoy Dutta and Maanvi Ahuja. The dilemma of choosing someone over the. Of Course I Love You! Till I Find Someone Better is a romantic novel that revolves around the life of a boy, Debashish Roy and a girl, Avantika. It's a love story.
A female reader is sure to find him repulsive within the first few pages of this book, and is forced to wonder if all guys are such shallow creatures. Frankly speaking, it was the mention of Delhi University DU that made me feel a little better and gave me a reason to hold on.
Avantika, of course, is out of his league, but he still tries his luck and she reciprocates rather easily. Perfectly relatable. Amidst the blossoming love and raging hormones, there are other problems too.
These are real life problems like entrances, placements, pay package, friendships, parental expectations, fear of being left behind, not making it big and anything else that you think can be a cause of tension for a regular college student. Now, I am really regretting it. This is the story of the author.
About his first crush, first love, first kiss, first sex and first pill n so on. And seriously its really cheap way to talk of such things, its really very degrading and humiliating. After reading 70 pages, I just hate the story and so the author. I think guys will like this book because basically the book I loved the name of the books by this author.
I think guys will like this book because basically the book is just about how the fucking author got fucked and broke several heart. Dirty mind of the author all time describes of porn stuffs which is falsely supposed as interesting factor bt gives u a headache!! Only pages were the motivating factors that made me read this whole book..
View 1 comment. Damnnnn Boring Book Oh Yes, I hated the book! And so did everyone who read this crap! No One. I literally regret why I started reading this filthy book with such a foolish story. The book revolves around Durjoy, a Bengali guy, and his relationship with half a dozen girls. Some like him some don't; but he finds all of them CUTE. Apart from this, the story itself is vexing enough to follow till the end.
The book is filled with nonsensical and egregious characters, conversations, words, scenes and everything else. It's quite bewildering for me to believe that stuff like this gets published and people even start idolizing smutty writers like you.
It's shameful for me to even write a review on your book but I couldn't help it. I had to warn others from reading this hell of a book.
Book Review: Of Course I Love You..Till I Find Someone Better.
Aug 31, Anya rated it did not like it. If these kind of books can get published then I should get my class 6 to class 10 English essays published as well. They have better plot and are much better written than this.. I can't really call it a novel now can I? Durjoy Dutta's books only consist of eye catching titles and strictly nothing else except pure shit!
Throughout the book, the reader is taken on a nonsensical ride with sights like first time crushes, the virginity losing ceremony, dumping ,sex, dumping again and yet again with a lot of you know-what-in between So even if you are sworn fan of Dutta which is rare i guess , you should avoid this..!
It is not written for my age group but I read it anyway. We have to read outside our comfort level at times. The hero he has the same name as one of the authors narrates his love story - or stories - for the benefit of anyone who's interested. The gospel according to Durjoy. How he was a fat, ugly fellow who followed the same girl home from school for years. The first crush.
The first kiss. The first sex.
The first true love. By the time I finished this book, I was ready to murder the main char It is not written for my age group but I read it anyway. By the time I finished this book, I was ready to murder the main character with my bare hands.
These things are very personal. Who in the name of all that's sacred wants to know about his sex life?
Well, as I live in the middle class India which is Durjoy's milieu, I know now never to engage a young man as a tutor for my daughter. Heck, I knew it anyway. No one forced me to read this book.
It was lent to me and I finished it because I started it. It was tedious from start to finish. There may be people who are willing to pay out money to read the s exploits of Durjoy. Not me. I'd rather write my own stories. I have actually. My advice to Durjoy is get a life. Live that life. When you have some good stories to tell, write them.
Who knows? You may yet win the Nobel Prize for literature. Aug 29, Devanshi rated it liked it.
Simply delhi love story but as a young author i really appreciated his work. I just completed it in a day or half. It was not a extraordinary read but still you can read it and definitely, it will give you a long lasting smile, if you had such kinda interesting college life. One sentence which i like the most was when avantika told deb that you will never get the pants ironed if you dont take them off.
It has humor with sense: Sep 04, Praveen rated it did not like it. After first few pages Dec 31, Deepak rated it did not like it. A catchy title and a nice picture on the cover - two ingredients that would draw any reader's attention. However, I would recommend re-visiting a proverb literally here: Never judge a book by its cover.
The story of an Indian guy studying in an engineering college, his battles with his academics, his family, his love life and his life in general, penned down in a manner shockingly ordinary.

After all the relationships that Deb has had, when he first encounters Avantika, he gets completely bowled over. Love blossoms after a while, and is crushed as well! Leaving the student life behind, unemployment rears its ugly head, people move on and Deb is left all lost and lonely. A journey, that is one hell of a roller coaster ride; a journey, to which every individual can relate; a journey, which every reader has lived through at some stage of their life; and a journey, which leaves you completely intrigued.
Not once in the entire novel will your attention get diverted! The writing style is simply charismatic! The language is conversational and the scenarios are narrated vividly, the characters, simply make you fall in love with them! For first time writers, these two have set very high standards!
The titles of every chapter are fascinating. It simply persuades you to read the entire novel at one go! For the full review, visit IndiaBookStore. I m not a crazy fan, trust me!!
Jan 10, Jenny Palliveettil rated it it was ok Shelves: Its about Deb and Avantika. Deb is a stud and had been in numerous relation ships.
Of Course I Love You !
But avantika is his dream girl comes true. And his relationships and his friends. Weak storyline. This one is super slow and dragging. He thinks his sex-words are the best.Amidst the blossoming love and raging hormones, there are other problems too. He's one mean S. A serous waste of both time and money!
That is when his friend Amit comes to his rescue and they start putting the pieces of his life back together. But the story started to actually take some form, and by the end, I was in love with it.
He is happy until he forms a relationship with a female named Avantika. As if he just wanted to finish off the story as soon as possible. Young Adult. The author clearly has no imagination. Of Course I Love You!
